Architectural Requests

The covenants for The Village at Pinecrest HOA outline guidelines for HOA member responsibilities that help keep the integrity of the neighborhood, retain the values of our properties and foster a sense of community and neighborliness. Per the covenants, HOA members are required to submit projects for many exterior improvements for review and approval by the Architectural Committee prior to beginning any work on the project.
